Our initial consultation gives us time to connect and introduce you to the basics of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). This helps to settle into the session and clarify where we need to focus the work.

Please note this is not typical talk therapy. We use targeted conversation to identify core issues, but the emphasis is on the use of tapping rather than extended verbal processing.

Follow Up session

(60 Minutes)

A focused 60-minute session to touch base, connect and reflect on changes since your last appointment or a single “top up” appointment. We’ll review any shifts in thoughts, emotions, body sensations or behaviours that have come up, explore new insights, and notice what’s been easing or persisting.

Together we’ll reassess where your energy and attention will be most helpful next—whether that’s reinforcing recent gains, addressing emerging obstacles, or shifting focus to deeper or different patterns.

The Tapped In Package

(4 Sessions)

four 60-minute consultations Designed to support your steady progress and allow the natural unfolding of areas that you wish to dive into, this package helps you maintain commitment to your practice and deepen emotional healing over time, whilst also building confidence using EFT techniques.

I recommend this package to Clients who benefit from gradual, sustained change rather than a single intensive intervention.

Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on your needs and availability.

Over eight 60-minute consultations you’ll be supported and held as we traverse your inner terrain making sure to allow space for embodiment and integration.
