No prior experience with EFT is needed at all. At the start of your session, I’ll guide you through the basics, including where and how to tap, so you can feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
-
Eft is a wonderful evidence-based stress reduction technique which can be used for anxiety, phobias, trauma, PTSD, cravings and everyday stress and overwhelm.
-
Absolutely! Tapping in your own time can help you feel more confident using this practice independently, while also allowing you to enjoy its stress-relieving benefits between sessions.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), with a strong emphasis on gentleness, safety and respect for the nervous system. I understand that real change doesn’t come from pushing or forcing, it comes from working with the body’s natural pace and capacity.
Sessions are paced in a way that supports your nervous system to stay within its window of tolerance, so you’re not overwhelmed or re-traumatised. This creates space for meaningful shifts to happen safely and sustainably.
I also prioritise integration, allowing time for insights, emotional processing, and embodied change to settle—so the work isn’t just something that happens in session, but something that continues to unfold in your everyday life.

I offer both single sessions and package options to support different needs and stages of your healing journey.
Single sessions are available for those who prefer flexibility—ideal if you need support as and when it arises, or a gentle “top-up” session.
I also offer focused package options for those who are ready for deeper work and a more committed process. These packages are designed to support sustained change, allowing us to work together more consistently and create space for deeper integration and progress over time.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments can be rescheduled without charge when proper notice is provided, as this allows me to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for support
